Application fee troubleshooting
Please read if you can’t submit your application!
Due to the high volume of requests received, the Apply@UniTo system may take a few hours (and in some cases, a few days) to register your payment of the application fee and automatically update the Payment task. This task must be updated in order for you to be able to submit your application.
However, please keep in mind that you will still be able to submit your application after the deadline, as long as the fee was paid before April 30th at midnight (Italian time).
If the payment task has not updated after 7 days or more, you can contact our office at internationalstudents@unito.it.
