Tuition fee	€2,800 per year For the academic year 2024/2025 the tuition fees ranged from 156€ to 2.800€ per year, depending on the student’s financial situation. Application fee	€60 one-time The application fee has to be paid within the deadline of each call. The amount of the application fee is the same whether you decide to apply for one or two degree programmes. This amount is not refundable.

Entry qualification

First cycle diploma (BA, Undergraduate diploma) You must hold a first-cycle degree (i.e. bachelor’s degree) gained after at least 3 years of University education. You will also need to meet specific admission requirements and demonstrate a suitable academic preparation and a solid background. It is required that you have taken courses in philosophy during the bachelor’s degree, for the rough equivalent of 60 ECTS credits. Click here for more information. If the document is issued in a different language from those listed above, you will have to upload both the original document and its certified translation.

Territory requirements	This degree program has 50 available places for non-European applicants residing abroad. These places are shared among all the curricula of this degree program.

Overview

The Philosophy International Curriculum aims to promote the integration of students in an international research and working environment. It provides students with theoretical expertise both in the fields of metaphysics and ontology, philosophy of language and mind, logic and philosophy of science, aesthetics and philosophy of art, and in the areas of practical philosophy, in connection with – as in the Italian tradition of studies – the history of philosophical and scientific thought.

The curriculum is an important opportunity to acquire useful skills for teaching, research, and any employment opportunity requiring the argumentation and critical analysis typical of a philosophical training, as well as knowledge related to the intersection between philosophy and the sciences of the mind.
