Tuition fee €3,720 per year

For the academic year 2019/2020 the tuition fees was composed of:
- ordinary fee: a variable amount ranging from € 156 to €2,800.
- additional fee: €920,00 fixed amount, which varies according to your enrolment status – full-time or part-time.

Overview

The Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and food law, aims at training a professional intermediate juridical profile related to both productive sectors’ needs (concerning particularly the small and medium companies) and tertiary sector in public and private area (State and Minister, public business, agency, social health company, etc.). For this reason the degree programme offers a solid knowledge in positive right (national, supranational, communitarian and compared), in subjects related to philosophy and history of right, subjects related to the juridical aspects and economic-financial disciplines (such as Agricultural law, environmental law, agri-food market law). Graduates acknowledge an appropriate juridical vocabulary (and fundamental elements of economic sciences) and a methodological approach to the study of right and a solid knowledge in the juridical field in order to perceive different interpretations and implications of juridical rules and their socio-economic relapses, to train legal officer able to originally solve problems related.

Il Corso di Laurea in Diritto agroalimentare ha l’obiettivo di formare una figura professionale giuridica intermedia in rapporto tanto alle esigenze di determinati settori produttivi (in particolare media e piccola impresa), quanto a quelle del terziario, in ambito pubblico e privato (Stato e Ministeri, enti pubblici, agenzie, ASL, ecc.).
Al fine di conseguire tali obiettivi il Corso fornisce – affiancando allo studio del diritto positivo (nazionale, sopranazionale e comunitario e comparato) quello costituito da materie storico-filosofiche legate al diritto (le Storie del Diritto e la Filosofia del Diritto) – una solida preparazione relativa ai principali ambiti giuridici, correlata con l’apporto di alcune essenziali discipline di ambito agroalimentare (quali il diritto agrario, il diritto dell’ambiente, il diritto dei mercati agroalimentari).
I laureati sono posti nelle condizioni di acquisire un corretto lessico giuridico (e degli elementi fondamentali delle scienze economiche), un approccio metodologico allo studio del diritto ed un solido bagaglio di nozioni e concetti in campo giuridico, pervenendo così a percepire – anche attraverso il confronto tra legislazione, giurisprudenza e dottrina – le diverse possibili interpretazioni ed implicazioni delle regole giuridiche e le loro ricadute socio-economiche. Ciò al fine di formare operatori del diritto in grado o di trattare direttamente le questioni loro sottoposte, o di smistarle a soggetti di altra o di più elevata qualificazione professionale.
